Personal res stat for spectator mode

I think it would be interesting to have a "potential personal res" stat in spectator mode, in the resources 'Q' window I suppose. This would just keep track of the maximum PRes each teams' players could have if they had been alive and not commanding for the whole round, think it would be useful for many people to see how much the number of res collectors and time spent dead really affect this.
