Weird glitch with building names on alien

Hi all, done a quick search and can't seem to find a similar subject.
Short story, since the gorgeous patch I was getting terrible loading times etc but didn't have this glitch, one day it crashed and couldn't recover it, so I deleted all local content (all of it not just in the steam library) and redownloaded/installed the game. That seems to of fixed the loading times somewhat and its back to being nice and playable.
My hardware hasn't changed at all, its not great, but it runs the game fine other than this issue.
Now this only happens on aliens, its fine with marines. I've already verified the files.
Screenshot below, I was messing with settings at this point, changed almost everything I can find and still no fix!
