Blank screen after launch (no menu). Requires me to delete my shader cache.

Pretty much every time I launch the game, I get a blank screen before the main menu. This only started in 243. The only way to fix it is to delete my cache directory so that the game recompiles the shaders. Not sure what changed in this version, but it appears broken, at least for me. The log file gives absolutely no information, no errors or anything.
