Minimizing window causing problems since last build

1st bug

Game minimized, I come back to PC after a while and find the game has crashed. I click 'send report' and that freezes too.

2nd bug

Game minimized, then maximize the window and all the in game graphics turn silvery and purple, a black light sorta effect.
