Mouse3 binding - please revisit this issue

The last mention of this issue is back in December 2012, but as of 242 it appears to still not be resolved.

The binding of the Mouse3 button to the voice function does not work. I have not tried binding it to another action to see if the bug is limited to only the voice action.
