Password Requirements

Hi guys,
I really feel that the password requirements are set a tad too high for the forums. I shouldn't be forced to use a super strong password just for some internet forums (as I wouldn't care if my account was brute forced and I can't see why anyone would bother doing that).
This is not a password I use anywhere but it comes up as "weak" on the registration page, which is kind of silly when it has upper & lower case characters, numbers and symbols.

I understand the need for secure passwords but the most common brute force attacks are dictionary based, so the above password example really isn't weak.
I would like to be able to use a shitty password.
