Question about UWE Official EU # All Official 16p servers mapcycle

As you all know we have 7 official maps in NS2: Docking, Descent, Mineshaft, Veil, Tram, Summit, Refinery.
So why "UWE Official EU # All Official 16p" servers have only 4 maps - Docking\Descent\Mineshaft\Veil?
Of course there are other UWE servers like Tram/Mineshaft/Docking, Veil/Summit/Refinery, but i can find only a few of these servers and they has only 3 maps
Why we have to choose servers with 3 or 4 maps in mapcycle? Why not put the 7 maps on one server? After all they are "All official"

seems like GamingDeluxe servers has 6 maps on mapcycle, Docking\Descent\Mineshaft\Veil\Summit\Tram, so what about UWE Official?
