Incorrect upgrade research time when reentering Command Station.

The HUD shows incorrect research times for upgrades that are in progress when you leave the CC and enter it again. It will start those upgrades at 0 progress in the UI, though their actual progress is already further advanced when you click on the respective structure that is researching the upgrade.
