Any fellow Natural selection two-ers going to Convergence (Sci-fi / fantasy con in MN) this year?

Just curious if any other ns2 guys are going to CONvergence this year (It's in minnesota, bloomington). I don't usually go but i thought I'd go one year to check it out, seems like they are going to have a lot of neat things and i always spend a few bucks in the dealers room...
I heard they do have a game room (for board games and the like) so if you haven't heard of it or planned on going, check it out! They had an attendance of 4000 last year so it's no-small thing. I believe it's the biggest scifi fantasy nerd con in the midwest.
If so feel free to contact me in this thread or in a pm and perhaps we could meet up and play a game or two!
The con takes place july 4th-7th (give or take a day) and if you register before may 15th it's 60$, 100$ after or at the door. I live right near bloomington so i wouldn't be staying in a hotel, I don't know what the going rate for that is.

Which reminds me, there will be a gaming expo next weekend in my country. I might go there to check it
Fun times all around. We should contact the LAN volunteers and see if we can get some NS2 on the schedule (although I think PC's are donated for the weekend by CON-goers so probably only a handful could run the game).

But I just can't get over 20 year olds being under-aged... Alot of people are autonomous at that age, just what would that feel like? Sorry for off-topic.
Since it's a nation-wide and not state-wide, and it's realistically not hard to drink in your own household it never feels weird or out of place. It's just the way it is.
I will shoot an email off to the organizers of the LAN party and see if we can get some rounds of NS2 going... not sure if it is possible to request that sort of stuff though.

I think the LAN gaming went really well. I stepped in and ran 3 of the NS2 blocks of gaming. It was tough because of the 12 machines CON owns only about 6 of them can run the game. Fortunately we had my machine and other donated machines for the weekend and were able to get 4v4 of 5v5 games going pretty consistently.
I thought it was a blast trying to teach people to play on the fly, and everyone seemed to really enjoy it.
What were other people's impressions?
