[SOLVED]Game menu lights and ingame is messed up

When I open the game, the lights on corridor keep switching on and off and when I create my own server the graphics are all messed up somehow and I cannot move, but I have sound. I tried verifying steam cache but didn't work. What do I do?

Yes, I unsubscribed all the mods and it worked. My console actually said that the main menu was initializing at archived build 232 - that was weird.
