Alien recycling: Commander targets unwanted buildings + Gorge eats

To my knowledge, aliens cannot recycle structures, but marines can. My idea: the alien com can select unwanted structures and then a gorge can use a new ability to complete the recycling of the strucutre. I think this would be helpful if an alien commander misclicks and give the poor gorgies something to nibble on.

Would really bring some true meaning to the name 'Gorge'... For this reason alone, I like it. Anything that increases the depth of the interplay between comm and gorge is good too
