Just as the title says, team All-In is looking for a commander. We're looking for one(1) div-1 level experienced commander with the drive and desire to be on a top-level team. you wrote 2 sentences, but there's no logical connection between them for now.
There is, assuming you have an IQ above 4. For example: being of div 1 experience doesn't necessarily mean you're that good. For one, you may merely have merc'd. For two, your team may merely be carrying an above average commander.

Experience: Quite new to Ns2, have about 120Hours of game play(90hours in Commanding).

Try this potential all in comms: Jump up on high to the comm chair. Announce: Run from spawn apostates, run from spawn. No one build. *I WILL DO IT FOR YOU.* Ask again just as you jump in com.
If anyone remains in spawn when the game starts, quit, they are not worth your time as a team. This is the equaliser.
