Need a filter in server list to weed out above 16 max servers.

As we all know, NS2 is balanced for 12-16 players. Anything below that and Aliens win with little effort, anything above that and marines have the advantage.

So we really should have a filter in the server list to not show those huge useless servers that are rigged for marines.
