Ive noticed a few people on this thread asking where to rent NS servers from. Well <a href='http://www.warservers.com' target='_blank'>http://www.warservers.com</a> are now renting NS servers. They always run the latest patches and can have adminmod/clanmod etc etc. Played Hera for about an hour with 20 people and ping was a consistent 40-50 (usual for me)
