Well, what is in that log file. I mean if it is spewing out errors and the server as well. Then it's not all that weird your FPS will go down the drain, unless this happens unrelated to the error spewing log file... BTW the log file is just a text file and can be compressed down fairly well zip/rar

Zip it... it's a text, you have to compress it, it's not like a mp3 who's already compressed.

Thanks for the p_log but what would be most helpful for immediate diagnosing in these forums would be profile shots of when you experience that low fps, especially the freezes.
