Server Mod fails consistancy check

So today we tryed runnning the first test of my mod on a real server, however the server wont load the mod bacause it says it fails consistancy check.

now how can a mod fails its own consistancy check, i mean the server is sepsosed to load the mod, where does it get the idea what its not consistant

 

i can understand if a client connect with incorrect game files, but i cant see how the server itself can think a mod is inconsistant and not load it?
