Only REALLY noticed in BT but felt it happen in vanilla before. I'm so sick, of using nano on someone, being charged 5 res and having it put on cooldown, just for the nano to not actually activate on anything.

or you use a hotkey like 1 for OBS and want to beacon and nothing happens.
or you want to echo a building arround the map but it got cancelt for no reason.

my favorite are the unkillable structres ;)!

Yeah the fail beacon thing you mention is due to the bug I've mentioned previously here forums.unknownworlds.com/discussion/comment/2123119/#Comment_2123119

I find it just as annoying the delay between wanting to drop a med pack, ammo, nanoshield, or scan. I believe it is because the client must send a msg to server and server must send a response before the action applies (this a 100-200ms delay). This causes wasted res in the case where I try to drop a nano shield on a marine but before the server confirms it, the marine is dead. However, my cooldown still applies and the res is taken. Same with meds, ammo.

I also find not being able to cancel a beacon annoying.

Macs or drifters driving themselves up a wall when attempting to get to a rally point on the map, thus becoming stuck forever.

Autofollowing macs randomly start spinning in circles instead of following their target.

The ever so popular "Invalid Location" message when trying to drop an extractor or harvester on a node or techpoint that is valid.

Ever try dropping structures in Ore processing? There's a grated area covering a good portion of that room that wont allow it.

Upgrades or other structure functionalities that are bound to the same key as the map key (which I commonly use as commander). This is the leading cause of accidental shade hive upgrades.

Macs prioritize rebuilding the power in a room over welding the target they're supposed to autofollow.

Sorry I got carried away. None of this is game breaking for me, just minor annoyances that I have learned and adapted to that I think can be put on the list of "TODO" things. In case UWE was sitting around twittling their thumbs waiting for some work.
