Sv_restartround, Mp_teamlimit & Timeleft

<div class="IPBDescription">Need them bad</div> Ok I'm the leader of a clan and I need these 3 commands for success.. I just can't seem to be able to restart a game without either using changelevel or restart the whole server, so I need sv_restartround and I'm sure.. well I hope that I'm not the only one in need of that command. The need for mp_teamlimit & timeleft is also very important to me. I don't know if it was discussed before in any other threat but I don't think that added something to the game, like these commands, would be bad.. since some people wants to use them and need them.. now I could live without timeleft.. but mp_teamlimit & sv_restartround would be really nice to have.. so this is just a message to the designer of the game.. if you could add in these commands it would greatly be appreciated.. or maybe they are already in the game but under another variable.. if that is so.. does anybody knows the commands?
