Emergency Generator ability for marines

I suggest power nodes never turn on their emergency lighting (stay dark and no red lights) unless the marine commander clicks the power node and uses an "Emergency Generator" ability for 2-3 res.

Would make power nodes in each room much more important and punish marines running solo into dark rooms.
