Possible key binding bug

With build 250, something interesting has happened. I bind my next and previous weapons to my mouse wheel, so i can flip through them easily. It works pretty well for me, but with this build, I've been having issues with the lerk. I can't cycle between bite, umbra, and spore with the mouse wheel!
It still works for marines and every other life form. Yet, when I went to explore mode, I was able to cycle the lerk attacks just fine, perhaps because they start researched? Can anyone verify this?
