Bug-Com chair stuck closed

I'm not sure how much this has been reported, but I came came across this bug today. Basically, if someone tries to close the com chair just as it finishes it will never open up. When I replicated it in explore mode nano shield research was available but recycle was not. I know this bug is very situational but I thought that I should post it.

I don't understand, I've never experienced the com chair never opening unless someone is inside of it.. in which case they'd need to leave the chair

You can get stuck in it but only if someone else is commanding it.. if you can post better steps on how to reproduce or better explain the issue it would be much more helpful, even a screenshot

I tested this by going into explore mode and dropping a new chair. I then built it while standing close enough to where the "close" text would show up on a normal open chair. Hitting the e button just as the chair was finishing made it not open. I don't know the time window for this glitch so if you try to replicate it, try spamming the e key as the chair finishes. I discovered this today when we tried to relocate our base after a successful base rush but no one could get in the chair.

I've seen it happen once, and then later figured out after a quick look on the wiki that if you are the admin of the server, you can enable "cheats 1" and then type "command" into the console to teleport to the nearest command station and login. The last person who was in the chair can type "logout" and see if it does anything too.
