Trackerul.dll Not Loading?

<div class="IPBDescription">Anyone know what this is about?</div> sometimes, when connecting to a select few servers, i get the error "TrackerUL.dll invalid" and then "TrackerUL not loaded"

what is this TrackerUL.dll file?

    Its from VALVe. I think its a built-in buddy system coming for the next patch (or the next next patch).

    my problem with it is, it seems to make me 'skip' unexpecidly (doesn't look like lag at all, just frames skipping, here and there).

    it seems to only happen when this doesn't load.

    This is a buddy system used by STEAM. If you don't have STEAM, you won't be able to use it. Removing the said .dlls will allow you to re-bind F1 and F2 again, respectivly.

    File does nothing to hurt you.

    In fact, becuase im too lazy to fix it, and it always appears as im about to enter the game, i see it as a happy echo.
