Apply button and lack of scoped Default setting

Please make the 'Apply' function do something in every option menu and have a default setting that when pressed only applies to that specific option menu.

Apply menu does do something on every options menu, it's just that some things save in every update to it, when it is changed. And yes, no default settings is kind of annoying. I doubt it but maybe I could get it working in the bindings mod.
