[build 252] fullscreen exclusive d3d9 device problem / d3d11 problem

I use 2 gpus in a crossfire configuration (2x radeon 6870) and since the update 252 i cant use the second gpu.

crossfire (and sli in most cases) require not just a fullscreen app, but a "exclusive full screen app". worth noticing that i saw in the options menu the switch of "fullscreen window" and "fullscreen", and both dont work.
* in a side note, if that was broken by sdl, could we have back a switch to NOT use sdl as a backend? pretty please? (the old method worked just fine)

in other coment, the d3d11 renderer didnt run on my computer, the game process crashes before rendering anything on the screen (not even a brief black window, or any visible window), i had to manualy edit the options xml file to have the game running again.
* the opengl renderer ran visibly slower than the d3d9 one, but i am a windows user so its not a problem to me.

For any use of troubleshooting, my specs
Operating system: Windows 7 x64 Home Premium
Processor: Core i7 2600k @ 4.7ghz
Gpu: Radeon 6870 (2x, crossfire enabled)
Ram: 4x 2gb (8gb total)

to quote fry from futurama:
fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it fix it....
(i like ns2 a lot, and i cant stay without my regular fix)

in a review of what i just posted, the game indeed is able to create a "exclusive fullscreen d3d9 window", but for some reason crossfire does not work anymore. anyone with sli is having similar problems?
