Mouse settings build 252 wtf?

So i have replaced my mouse several times and messed with my settings all over the place just when i find everything to be working UWE decide to mess with it again. Mouse speed feels very slow and sluggish compared to the sharp responsive it was pre patch.

I currently use:
1400dpi
1.45 in game
windows 6/11 (1:1)
NO mouse accel

I went over most of the information listed here http://www.ensl.org/articles/600
i tried -noforcemaccel but this didnt seem to work for some reason.
-noforcemspd this will remove the current 1.45 in game multiplier that i am using correct? so basically i have to start from scratch again after using this command to find something i like? is there a easy way to convert the 1.45 setting from what i am using to make it easier to find my setting (ie whats 1:1 in ns2 to windows)?

So how to fix it back to how it was pre 252
It would be easier

Is there a "Don't f@ck with my sensitivity option?" I would like my finely tuned settings from windows to be used in game without using some sketchy mouse speed slider.

I believe the article is written for NS1 and Goldscr engine. I'm not sure how much relevancy the article has for modern systems and Spark engine.

    There is:
    setsensitivity
consol command which is what i use to set it exactly and fine tune it. I beleive the raw mouse speed is using directly using the mouse input although it dosnt seem to make any sence to me to use that as each game i seem to play i have a difference speed depending on the pace of the action and movement of the entities within the game.
I think you are right Bacillus, as it does say ns and not "ns2" :(
I still would love a dev to give us more info on this mouse speed stuff expecially pretaining how to revert back to mouse settings in 251 to fix what they messed up in build 252. I am still amazed how you can change the code in one part of the game and it screws up something completly non related that dosnt need changing or fixing?.

The input system was changed recently. As such you may have to manually restore your previous settings.
Raw input and mouse accel are both options in the NS2 menus, no console commands needed.

I use 6/11 all acceleration disabled ect... What sensitivity setting brings me closest to desktop sensitivity? I like to keep my muscle memory and have a standard.
In the menu It's 1:1 with desktop, but in game the mouse sensitivity option kicks in and messes everything up.

I'm getting really noticeable input lag/sluggish response as well. It's much worse right now than it used to be pre-249 (luaJIT).
I tried DX9/DX11/OpenGL, SLI on and off, nvidia control panel settings are optimal/the same as they've always been (v-sync off, maximum 1 pre-rendered frame).
I've doubled checked the mouse settings as well, both in and outside the game and the are the same as always. Running 6/11, 800 DPI, 1 sensitivity ingame, rawinput on, acceleration off.

The FPS seems fine and relatively stable according to the ingame meter. It's over 100 most of the time, lowest I've noticed is around 70 on a 20slot server lategame. Let me know if you need me to run some sort of frametime bench (not sure what program to use though) or any other info.

    I have in this order

    Slow input/stutter: dx9
    slow input: dx11
normal input??or what feels most normal: openGL (but biggest hit on performance)

    Gpu: gtx 680 @ 310.70 WHQL drivers

(gpu settings, max pre-render frames 1)

Also I joined two servers, and in both several people complained they were also having input issues

While using setsensitivity is an option, can we please have the options menu display the sensitivity as a value? Really, why use a slider. (Also same for FoV etc).

Are you using raw input or not? I would try to switch the setting there and see if it helps

I'm having the same issue. There's considerable input lag independent of the frame rate. DX9 input lag is the worst even though it has the highest FPS. DX11 is somewhat better (but still has some input lag), but the performance is also significantly worse. OpenGL performance is unplayable so there's no reason to even try it.

I always played with raw input on, and mouse acceleration off.
Now I noticed the massive input lag.

    This helped for me:
Turn mouse acceleration on and off.
Turn raw input off and on.

Still the performance seems a lot lower then previous build, but at least the input lag is gone.
