Mouse lag has been reduced pretty significantly, but it's still present. The lower the FPS drops, the worse it get. As like last patch, DX11 has less of it than DX9, but it's still there for both. 50FPS used to give me smooth mouse movement. It's unplayable in DX9 still, and in DX11 it's bearable. It's an improvement in both cases, but the issue is still there.
I'll provide more updates as I test more.

Okay, have had some time to play some games. Having considered the lower performance and the stutters in DX11 I think the mouse lag is slight at best. I do think it's still slightly there though, but that's really hard to compare as I don't have 251 and 254 side-by-side. DX9 is unmistakably still completely broken when it comes to mouse lag though. I haven't tried OpenGL, but my GPU really fast enough for a valid comparison. FPS will drop too low for a decent comparison.

It is. I've only seen it on one KKG server the last few days. I just wish it was listed under the server mods so people know.
Reading the patch notes I don't see anything saying it's been addressed so I'd assume it's still present just as much as it was before
