Reinforced rewards do not work. {Fixed itselt yesterday...}

I bought shadow tier
Elite Assault marine and the skull decal dont work despite it being selectable on the options menu. One thing that has confused me is that suddenly Black has become available for use as well (but that doesnt work either) despite me being not elligable. I also do not have the shadow skulk skin.
I do however have the normal assault marine skin and the sword decal on the shoulder
I'm probably not the only one, any ideas if theres something I can do to sort this at my end?

p.s I have enabled all of the humblebundle codes through steam, just redid them to check and still no luck.

This is a known bug. It wont work in-game but it does appear in the menu as you say.
Logged onto steam on my laptop the other day, then back across to my PC to play NS2 and behold - Shadow DLC available and working..
