I purchased SHADOW, after GOLD, and I am only getting a GOLD badge

I was not able to find a good place to post this problem so I guess I will post it here and someone can move it if they need to.

When Reinforced came out I bought the Gold badge, $20 bucks. I then felt Reinforced was good enough, so I bought the Shadow badge, $75. It seems that only my first purchase of GOLD is being reflected. Can this be fixed?

    Are you talking about the forum/game badges, or the entire bundle of rewards? (do you have access to shadow skulk/ elite assault marine?)

    I will check in-game later today but for now the forum is still showing only the "Gold" badge.

    Maybe go to your gold reward link and remove your steam profile link, and then make sure you put it in your shadow reward link?

    Before doing anything, I'd check with store@unknownworlds.com and mail your details so they can check for you what's going on. They have more insight to this issue than any of us ;)

    Go back to your HumbeBundle E-Mail for gold tier, here and un-plug your info for the applicable stuff (forum name, etc), then go to your Shadow tier email and plug the information in there instead.

    Yup, that fixed it! I can see "Shadow" now. I will check in-game later but I bet it will work. Thanks for your help.

    UGH, I just tried in game. I get the shadow skulk and marine elite assualt. So the content is there but my badge on the scorebaord is showing Gold. When I go to Humble Bundle with the Gold URL, the submit buttons are all gone so I cannot clear my entries. The URL for Shadow has my correct info.

    Not sure what to do about this.....
