No more Skill visible in Browser?

It seems all servers in the browser have the same low Skill indication.
Is this a known bug? Or has the constant marine jumping generated so many Skulk bite misses that the combined skill level dropped to 1?

Both explanations sound about right to me.

Skill system is still in very early stages in development and are mostly inaccurate.
