After an hour game crashes, screen freezes\pixelated off colors etc.

Well after looking on the forums and trying a few of the fixes. Nada, no luck. Thought it was going ok, then I hit the 45-60 min mark and almost tossed my monitor against the wall again! lol Only once, did the debug option show up to send error info to 'here'. And in that, I seen about 150-200 instances of
"Error: Couldn't load 'game_setup.xml'"
As I stated, haven't seen that bug popup happen again, so not sure if it's the same thing every crash. Anyways, in the process of re-downloading AGAIN, to see if that solves anything. There is doubt. Sadly... There is doubt. I have attached the Tech support thingy... LOL... Yes. Thingy. I'd appreciate any and all help possible. As I'm a huge fan of this game (Old school NS1 player here, 'Tenchu5', shrug doubt anyone would remember me from 8 years ago bwahaha). Anyways, thanks for any and all help!
