linux mouse bindings

can't bind thumb buttons in linux. Tried two karnas and a logitech. Have 22 steam games that work fine with mouse bindings so this is definitely ns2 problem.

    it is known and should be fixed soon.

    Edit: in case you have other binding issues it is worth noting that the following may help in some cases, though generally not in mouse buttons:

    cd ~/.config/Natural Selection 2/
    touch ConsoleBindings.json
