Is that a feature or bug? (silent marine jumping)

It is true for marines, and aliens who can crouch. Lets take a marine to explain. You make a jump (using space key) - after several seconds you of course get back on the ground and can hear corresponding sound of your legs touching the ground. But..., when you jump and rapidly use crouch key - your legs touch the ground crouching and no any sound is heard. So it looks like a silent jumping for marines (did not tried for exos) and all the crouchable aliens (before phantom upgrade).

    Yea this is a bug and is fixed for aliens in the next patch. marine jumping might be different
