scroll lock bugged since patch?

I use scroll lock as my PTT key so maybe I'm the only one who noticed this... but now when you hold down scroll lock in game, it makes you slowly rotate in one direction. What's the deal?

    Nope. For testing input lag. You can change it in options.xml in steam/username/userid/4920.

    Just out of curiosity: left handed mouse + right hand on numpad? I knew a guy in high school that played CS 1.6 like that... only way scroll lock as an anything key makes any sense to me. :-&

    I actually have it bound to a foot pedal which has to be assigned to a keyboard key... and scroll lock tends to not interfere with most games

    I'm not seeing anything about scroll lock in that options.xml file :(
