Don't know if you guys know about this already but Natural Selection was shown during a segment about Half-Life mods on the show "Pulse". It showed some gameplay (although it looked like they were playing in software mode).

So, yeah, that's pretty cool.

It's american.. I guess only Sattelite TV guys get it though. Normal cable networks won't waste a channel on video games. Sure they'll waste one on Cooking, and Outdoor Life, and a few on crappy reruns of 80s shows, but none on Video Games.

Basically it was Gabe Newell of Valve saying the latest mod he's been playing is Natural Selection. He said a commercial gaming company would never approach designing a game like this because it's too risky on a corporate scale.

And the little glimpses of the game they showed made it look pretty cool too.


It sure looked like software mode though <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->. Maybe it was some crapola video card they used.

I can only get Shaw Digital, and I'm guessing I can't get G4, 'cause G4 only has 4 providers listed :/. Is it an American only station?

also if they video taped it it will look like crap (scan lines and such)

but they probably were ussing TV out (another reason it will look like snot, remember your moniter is better then your tv)

you can direct feed it in to a program to put it on tape +it depends on your setup and how much cash you got
