<div class="IPBDescription">Whatever happened to the six-day saga?</div> I remember reading the first installment of "Six Days in Sanjii" a good while ago. It was quite a pleasureable experience, and I awaited the next installment eagery.
And waited.
And waited.
And waited.
Eventually, "Sanjii" didn't even show up when I clicked on the "World" section of the main site. While it is good to see that it has returned, I would like to see more excellent NS-based writings. It looks better than most movies I've seen lately (heck, they're making Max Payne into a movie, and that isn't all that orginal a concept; put NS on the silver screen you would have a new blockbuster sci-fi legend).
And waited.

I think the writer is Jeff Paris, and he is editor of New Genre, a sci-fi horror independant mag. Perhaps he has more important things to use his time on right now, than finishing the Sanji story. Or perhaps he's taking his time making a good following up chapter. Good authorship does take a while you know.

Actually, the real reason part II of Sanjii has been so delayed is the Manual. I give that a capital "M" because it was a Mother of a task, and took priority over NS fiction. Putting out issue #3 of (the aforementioned) New Genre also gets some of the blame. But I am fully recuperated, and have been polishing up part II, in addition to the intro to another story set in a more current NS universe than Sanjii. Look for both over the next couple of weeks.
Good New Year to you all!
Paris
