I've updated the mesh to V1.1 - countless tweaks to the body of the weapon (I more or less forced Slim-Fast down it's throat <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> )
I've eliminated the long barrel and replaced it with a much smaller wedge barrel design.
I have also updated the render to show not only my skillz <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> but also what the weapon looks like with a little bit of texture. (Keep in mind it has no texture at all, just renderd with colored lights and edited in several paint programs to give the "feel" of texture)

As it is it still looks a little like an assault rifle.
what's the part of the hmg that's on the left hand side (if you were holding the weapon)? ammo belt feeder?
Oh, i just got mesh, hehehe. Anyways...
/opens photoshop and winamp and gets a bottle of Mountain Dew and gets to work.
And Jrakosik & everyone else, It is a Tact handle to hold while shooting or just lifting the gun.
