Game randomly freezes and throws an error.

I've had this problem for the last couple of days. I've tried reinstalling the game but the issue persists.
The error I receive is Failed to allocate 536870916 bytes and will now terminate.

pc specs:
Win 7 64bit
intel i7
8gb ram
nvidia gtx 550 ti

This error means that you have memory leaks, alot ppl report that since 261 this issue is back again. Please wait for a update.

As ghoul says, it's a memory leak. The easiest way to avoid it is to turn textures down a bit.
