building, armories, and power nodes

OK I know this has been a feature (bug?) for a looking time.

as most know, you came build an rt (or any other structure, such as power nodes) and hardly have to look at it to build. this allows marines to build and view 2 vents and a hallway.

is this intentional or a bug?

discuss?

The spazzy builder animation is not intentional though where it deploys and holsters 100 times a second.

The funny thing is, we had it in ns1 as well. Surely we didn't have to bring EVERYTHING with us? ;)

I like it, marines shouldn't be forced to completely obscure their vision

If marines couldn't watch possible approach angles while building, I estimate that they would die somewhere around 100% of the time :p

Yep, it's fine, and if it got changed I'd protest.

    He's tried.
Its supposedly an incredibly difficult to fix bug.. one which breaks many other things.
    *shrugs*
