Connection Problems

<div class="IPBDescription">Can't stay connected to my own server.</div> My server is an old computer running linux. Everyone that connects to my server can play fine but when I connect I can play from a few seconds to a few minutes before I get booted with and error message like the following:
Host_Error DispatchUserMsg: Illegal User Msg (Different Numbers)
This doesn't happen to anyone else.
I'm guessing its because everyone else connects from the outside and I connect from the inside of my router.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions that can help me out?
BTW, I have no problem playing on any of the other servers, just mine.
