Heyo, I just noticed the Subnautica Twitter Account handel, but it says it's protected, am I supposed to be receiving updates from it yet? . I submitted a request to that account via Twitter.

Make sure you've added your twitter handle to your reinfoced page, and yes, they should be accepting you to the twitter account soon.

I've just done a new admission pass on @subnautica. If your request was not approved, please go through the instructions again per the Shadow Tier email notifying you that we do not have your Twitter account name.

I can't either. I filled in @JohnnyFlashNG, but I don't know it I did all the steps.

Can someone post the steps to gaining access? Is it manual or automatic?

Manual, as Hugh posted just above that he has to do a pass on the account and approve accounts.

I can only imagine how many people are awaiting their twitter handle, to approve every single one of the requests is going to take some time. we all just need to be patient.

Given you are the most recent follower request on SN, you must have requested to follow after Dec 8, which was my last pass. I will do another pass today at some point.

Thanks for advocating patience, Twig. However, very few people are waiting. The vast majority of requests were accepted within the first 48 hours. There are approximately 200 people who have requested to follow SN who aren't in the Shadow Tier database. I go through the list every two days, looking for Shadow Tier people - For the last week it has only been about ten each time.

Aside, I am thrilled that such a large proportion of Shadow Tier people have chosen to seek out @Subnautica, it is a real thrill for us. It looks like the number is at least 35% and climbing. We certainly did not expect this number, and can't wait to show you more SN stuff!
