Game crashes after picking side in few seconds!

I just got this game with great anticipation, and then I get this. I load a map, pick a side, then play for few seconds and i get this error:

Failed to allocate (random number) bytes and NS2.exe will now terminate.

Tried re-downloading, verifying steam cache, and lowering game settings to lowest. I am sure that my directx is up to date and so are drivers for any component of my pc.

This looks like a bad install of the combat mod.

You have a bunch of spam about missing files like devoured player.

I would remove the folder at %appdata%/Workshop/
or just:
Mounting mod from C:/Users/Radim/AppData/Roaming/Natural Selection 2/Workshop/m5f35045_1381216139/
Mounting mod from C:/Users/Radim/AppData/Roaming/Natural Selection 2/Workshop/m672f332_1355263905/
