[Steam][Win7] Game Only Updates to B260

Game won't update to 261. I've googled and forum searched. I can't find anything why it won't? Other friends installed and went right to 261. Mine stops at 260. I've re-installed 3 times now.

    Try to change Steam Download region. That may help.

    If that doesn't work try updating to the beta patch.
    That's Steam > Settings > Account > Steam beta update
