Minimum requirements are the requirements to get the game to run, never anywhere does it say the game will preform well (this applies to any game on steam, and that's how this hardware is marked)
Recommend requirements are generally requirements to get the game to play at a mediocre framerate 30-60 frames per second
And if you want higher, which is basically required for anything like 150~ frames, then your hardware is going to need to be more on the beefy side
Sorry, but looks like it's time to upgrade anyway (even though you didn't list your specs)
Also this game doesn't use the unreal engine, it looks nothing like the unreal engine and performs nothing like the unreal engine.. whoever is spreading this false information (most likely on the steam discussions) is misinforming people
I'd advise you to upgrade your specs, when you can, thats some pretty old hardware
Your video card was on the low end even when it was new 6 years ago, it currently is going for $30-40 bucks

Also, this game is very CPU dependent, just so you know. (i have an i7 overclocked to 4 ghz and in seriously large 50 min long battles i can dip down to 40 fps)
