Stuck at Black Screen Startup

I have just downloaded Natural Selection II, and I can't seem to start the game. I boot up to a black screen, and am unable to even Alt + Tab out of the black screen I have to force a restart on my computer. I have tried installing the game, deleting the NS2 files as mentioned in other posts, validating my local files, etc.

The log error I get is:

I have an ATI graphics card, so I don't know why it's complaining about Cuda context.

    PhysX is a annoying error output and you can get rid off it by disabling it in the games options later. But it shouldn't affect the game so far.

    Could you create and upload somewhere a full tech_support.zip?
