clean reg too
Ok you have to upload it somewhere like dropbox or google drive. Sadly the forum admin removed the add files function.
yeah would prefer another hoster but ok.
Also have you tried reinstalling your gpu drivers? The log stops before the renderer is found, so its the only hint to go on at this point besides ensuring the above.
Delete NS2 from Steam the normal way.
2) Go to your hidden folder where settings are saved C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming and Delete the 'Natural Selection 2' folder.
3) Go to your SteamApps\common Directory and make sure you delete 'natural selection 2'
4) Restart your PC (to be on the safe side)
5) Reinstall NS2 fresh from a new download.
will try reinsalling gpu
Also, you didnt answer regarding trying new video drivers?
so I was forced to restart then the error appear again same tech support file.
and yes i did nuked it i deleted every file related to natural selection 2 manually
no worries. That is impossible without atleast a slave nvidia card and some driver hacks, OR by running old beta drivers.
please help
Your monitor getting no signal (NS2 cannot do this) after you've updated your gpu drivers is defintely a concern.
I recommend completely cleaning out your video drivers (there's apps out there that do this) , resetting, then re installing the latest ones.
Alternatively you can try this first since you aren't showing the system_options.xml file for some reason:

still doesnt work can't start the game
system_option.xml is showing up after it worked for an hour
could someone please explain what is going on?
btw the tech support is updated XD forgot to do that before
Also, when i said to reinstall it, i did not mean the hardware, but rather the software.. the drivers. There's also some programs out there that do a deep clean uninstall of your gpu drivers. CC cleaner is one of them i believe.
did'nt notice that the google drive file was locked, its unlocked now so anyone can dl it
Please upload a tech support file after you have had your issue.
I still don't think it would make a bit of difference, though, as there's no way NS2 can remotely make your monitor lose its signal.
You aren't running multiple monitors are you?
Have you ensured that your cable (HDMI, i am assuming) is correctly connected to your video card?
Have you tried wiggling the cable?
Have you googled your monitor model number with the words "lost signal" ?
but putting that aside the issue regarding the cuda context still exist and the tech support file is up on googledrive in first post, anyone know how to get pass this physx issue?
Like i said, that tech support file you provided shows you unable to make it into the menu.. but you said you were able to play for an hour, so the tech support file needs to be updated, just in case.
I am 95% sure that this issue you are having has to do with your video card, and your video card drivers. There's a reason you gained some functionality by reinstalling them.
I'd investigate temps, clockrates, and everything else related.
how do i got about checking temps, clockrate..etc?
speedfan will monitor your temps (its free)
MSI afterburner will keep track of both and provide a graph afterwards, so you don't have to alt tab to check on it constantly like the other two (its also free)
Just dont run afterburner's overlays .. its in the advanced options anyhow, iirc.
But yea.. i've had a lost signal issue before.. it was due to a dying video card, once, and the other time it was some corrupted driver installation.
Youre about to begin a nightmare of a journey, just to warn you.. its going to be maddening figuring out what hardware/software is specifically causing this.
I would definitely start with research - begin googling your monitor model number + lost signal.. then after thorough research of random forums search for your video card and the same issue.. someone, somewhere, has had the same issue as you, i guarantee it. Hopefully they found a fix.
