Shadow Tier Skins not unlocked

Hey guys! I'm a shadow tier player in NS2 even have the badge. But it seems my player skins are bugged, i only have one option for that, which is normal i can't seem to switch to any shadow tier skins.
So uhhhh how do we fix this ? D:

    With the shadow badge you also got steam keys in that email, look again. The Shadow skins themself are steam dlcs and have to be activated with the provided steam keys.

    Yeah but thats the thing, I bought shadow tier as soon as the reinforced program was announced & I had redeemed it back then

    Reinforcement DLCs anywhere? Are you sure you redeemed the STEAM keys you got with the email, it was a bit hidden so alot ppl did not see it first.
