[Linux, AMD] FPS drops from >100 to 15 on map change

After either reconnect, map change, starting tutorial, or anything that involves reloading the game, it starts horribly stuttering, skipping five frames at a time, and generally stops being playable. I can only play one match at a time, before I'm forced to relaunch.
