game crashes after shooting

hi everyone, first sorry if i do some mistakes, then, today i have a new problem on NS2:when i shoot with a firearm the game crashes, i have tried to change the shoot key and to reinstall the game but the problem continues, an idea plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz?(os:debian)

    this time i was spectating, a marine shot, and the game crashes again

    pid 6041 != 5985, skipping destruction (fork without exec?)
