Steam doesn't recognize paypal purchase

Hi, I bought the game on this website, not on steam. I bought the game without logging in, and no installation window popped. Now I have email confirmations from UW and paypal that the purchase is complete but cannot download the game without having to buy it again from steam. Also, the email matches for paypal, steam and UW. Please help!
