game locks up on boot with opengl selected -> want to revert back to d3d9, but can't login to game..

hi, how do I find the file, and which file, and what setting do I change, to revert back to d3d9, cuz I'm locking up with opengl beta.. TY

Windows key + r
%appdata%/Natural Selection 2/system_options.xml
Replace opengl in <devide> e.g. <device>D3D9</device>
